Terms and Conditions
By placing an order, registering for an event, or purchasing vendor space through this website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
Orders and Payments
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Orders are not considered confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including orders involving pricing errors, duplicate transactions, suspected fraud, or inventory/event availability issues.
Event Registrations and Vendor Tables
Vendor tables, event registrations, sponsorships, and related event purchases are subject to event-specific rules, deadlines, and policies listed on the applicable product or event page.
Vendors are responsible for reviewing all event information before purchase, including setup times, operating hours, venue restrictions, and participation requirements.
Kansas Card Show reserves the right to adjust floor layouts, table placements, vendor assignments, or venue logistics as needed for operational, safety, or venue requirements.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Unless otherwise stated on the product or registration page, all deposits are non-refundable.
Vendor table purchases and event registrations are non-refundable within 30 days of the event date.
No refunds will be issued for no-shows, scheduling conflicts, travel issues, weather concerns, or failure to attend after registration.
Approved refunds, if applicable, may be subject to processing fees, payment processor fees, or administrative fees.
Event Changes and Force Majeure
Kansas Card Show reserves the right to reschedule, relocate, modify, or cancel events due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, venue issues, natural disasters, government actions, public safety concerns, labor disputes, internet outages, or other force majeure events.
In the event of cancellation or rescheduling, any refund or credit decisions will be determined at the sole discretion of Kansas Card Show.
Conduct and Participation
Vendors, attendees, and participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully during all events.
Kansas Card Show reserves the right to remove or refuse participation to any individual or vendor for disruptive behavior, unsafe conduct, policy violations, harassment, counterfeit or prohibited items, or actions that negatively impact the event experience.
Removal from an event for conduct violations does not qualify for a refund.
