Kansas Card Show (“we,” “our,” “us”) is committed to protecting your information and being transparent about payments, refunds, and event policies. This policy applies to all Kansas Card Show events, registrations, giveaways, online transactions, and in-person payments.
By registering for an event, reserving a vendor table, entering a giveaway, or submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. Agreement to this policy is required at checkout and is recorded with each transaction.
This policy constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and Kansas Card Show.
1. Information We Collect
Personal Information:
Name, email address, phone number, and mailing address.
Transaction Information:
Event registrations, vendor table reservations, upgrades, and add-ons. Payment information is processed
securely by third-party providers including Square and PayPal. Kansas Card Show does not store full
credit card or payment account details.
Technical Information:
IP address, browser type, device information, and website usage data when visiting kansascardshow.com.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Process registrations, reservations, and payments
- Communicate regarding events, purchases, updates, and support
- Fulfill giveaways and promotions
- Prevent fraud, unauthorized transactions, and abuse
- Improve our website, events, and services
- Comply with legal, tax, and regulatory requirements
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. Information may be shared only as necessary with:
- Payment Processors: Square and PayPal for processing, refunds, fraud prevention, and dispute handling
- Event Partners: Limited information for prize fulfillment or event-related promotions
- Service Providers: Hosting, email, analytics, and communication tools
- Legal Requirements: When required by law or government request
4. Vendor Tables, Registrations & Refunds
All vendor table fees and event-related purchases secure event space, planning, marketing, and operational costs and are considered earned upon reservation.
- All payments made as deposits are non-refundable
- Full payments become non-refundable within 30 days of the scheduled event
- Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the event are eligible for a refund
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are not eligible for a refund
- No credits or transfers are offered under any circumstances
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only
- This policy applies regardless of payment method, including Square and PayPal
Kansas Card Show does not guarantee attendance levels, customer traffic, or vendor sales results.
5. No-Show & Late Cancellation Policy
Vendors who cancel within 30 days of the event or fail to appear are not eligible for a refund, credit, or transfer.
No-call, no-show vendors may be restricted or permanently banned from future Kansas Card Show events.
6. Event Changes or Cancellations
Kansas Card Show reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel events due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, venue issues, or other unforeseen events.
Any refunds issued due to event changes are at the sole discretion of Kansas Card Show. Kansas Card Show is not responsible for travel, lodging, shipping, or other incidental expenses.
7. Transfers
Vendor table reservations may not be transferred, reassigned, or resold without prior written approval from Kansas Card Show.
Unauthorized transfers may result in forfeiture of the reservation without refund.
8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Customers agree to contact Kansas Card Show directly before initiating a chargeback or dispute.
Chargebacks filed in violation of this policy may result in permanent disqualification from future events.
All disputes will be responded to using this policy and recorded checkout agreement as supporting documentation.
9. Data Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information. Payment data is handled by Square and PayPal. No system is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
Kansas Card Show is not responsible for errors, outages, or issues caused by third-party payment processors or platforms.
10. Your Choices
Marketing: You may opt out of emails at any time.
Access: You may request access or correction of your data by contacting us.
11. Children’s Privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without parental consent.
12. Third-Party Links
We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites linked from our site.
13. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised date.

15. Giveaways & Promotions
Kansas Card Show reserves the right to modify, cancel, or substitute any giveaway or promotion at any time. Prizes have no cash value unless explicitly stated and are not transferable.

In the event of any conflict between this policy and any verbal statement, social media post, or other communication, this policy shall control.
17. Right to Refuse Service
Kansas Card Show reserves the right to refuse service, deny entry, or remove any participant at its sole discretion.
