These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to purchases, vendor registrations, event participation, website use, and other products or services provided by Kansas Card Show (“KCS,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By placing an order, registering for an event, using our website, or participating in a Kansas Card Show event, you agree to these Terms and any additional policies or requirements applicable to the product, registration, or event.
1. Orders and Acceptance of Terms
When you submit an order or registration, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to make the purchase.
Orders and vendor registrations are not considered confirmed until required payment has been successfully processed and the order has been accepted by Kansas Card Show.
Where our checkout process requires you to acknowledge these Terms, our Refund Policy, or other applicable policies, submitting the order constitutes your agreement to those policies.
2. Products and Services
Kansas Card Show may sell or provide products and services including:
- Vendor table registrations
- Premium or upgraded vendor spaces
- Display case rentals
- Event-related add-ons
- Sponsorship opportunities
- Merchandise
- Other event-related products or services
Product-specific terms, restrictions, descriptions, deadlines, or requirements displayed on a product or registration page form part of the applicable purchase terms.
3. Pricing and Payment
Prices are displayed at the time of purchase and may change without notice for future orders.
- Payment is due according to the terms displayed at checkout.
- Orders are not confirmed until required payment is successfully processed.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and contact information.
- We may cancel or hold orders that appear fraudulent, unauthorized, incomplete, or erroneous.
Deposits and Payment Plans
If Kansas Card Show offers a deposit or payment plan for a particular event:
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Remaining balances must be paid by the deadline stated during registration.
- Unless otherwise stated, outstanding balances must be paid no later than 30 days before the event.
- Failure to pay the required balance may result in cancellation of the reservation.
- Any deposit already paid may be forfeited if the required balance is not paid.
- Cancelled or unpaid vendor space may be released for resale.
4. Refunds, Cancellations, Transfers, and Credits
Purchases are subject to the Kansas Card Show Refund Policy.
- All deposits are non-refundable.
- Vendor table purchases and event registrations become non-refundable within 30 days of the scheduled event.
- Cancellations requested more than 30 days before an event may be eligible for a refund at the discretion of Kansas Card Show.
- No refunds are issued for no-shows, scheduling conflicts, travel delays, weather concerns, illness, or failure to attend.
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method unless otherwise permitted.

5. Vendor Registration and Table Assignments
Purchasing a vendor registration reserves space for the applicable event subject to these Terms, venue requirements, and event-specific instructions.
Unless a specific location or premium placement is expressly included in the purchased product, Kansas Card Show determines vendor placement and table assignments.
Requests for specific locations, neighboring vendors, wall space, electrical access, or other placement preferences are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed by Kansas Card Show.
6. Unauthorized Transfers and Resale
Vendor registrations may not be sold, assigned, transferred, or otherwise provided to another person or business without prior written approval from Kansas Card Show.
Unauthorized transfers or resale of vendor space may result in cancellation of the registration without refund and may affect eligibility for future events.
7. Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors are responsible for their own merchandise, inventory, equipment, displays, transactions, personnel, and business operations.
Vendors are responsible for:
- Following applicable federal, state, and local laws
- Complying with venue and event rules
- Obtaining any permits or licenses applicable to their business
- Collecting, reporting, and paying applicable taxes
- Securing their own inventory, cash, equipment, and personal property
- Conducting transactions with customers responsibly
- Keeping their vendor area safe and reasonably clean
8. Setup, Breakdown, and Attendance
Vendors must comply with the setup, check-in, event, and teardown times provided for each show.
Vendors are responsible for removing their merchandise, displays, trash, and equipment within required timeframes and leaving their assigned area in reasonable condition.
Additional venue or event-specific instructions may be provided before or during an event and must be followed.
9. Merchandise and Prohibited Items
Vendors may not offer illegal, counterfeit, stolen, fraudulent, unsafe, or otherwise prohibited merchandise.
Kansas Card Show reserves the right to require the removal of merchandise that violates applicable law, venue requirements, event rules, intellectual property rights, or these Terms.
Failure to remove prohibited merchandise when requested may result in removal from the event without refund.
10. Authenticity and Product Representation
Vendors are responsible for accurately representing the authenticity, condition, origin, and characteristics of items they offer for sale or trade.
Prohibited conduct includes knowingly offering:
- Counterfeit cards or collectibles represented as authentic
- Altered or counterfeit graded cards represented as genuine
- Items with intentionally misleading descriptions
- Products represented in a manner intended to deceive customers
Custom, novelty, proxy, reproduction, or fan-created products should be clearly represented as such and must comply with applicable laws and intellectual property requirements.
11. Vendor and Attendee Conduct
Kansas Card Show is intended to provide a welcoming and safe environment for collectors, families, vendors, staff, and guests.
Harassment, threats, violence, theft, fraud, dangerous behavior, intentional disruption, or other conduct that threatens the safety or operation of an event may result in removal.
Kansas Card Show reserves the right to refuse service or remove an individual when reasonably necessary to protect attendees, vendors, staff, property, or event operations.
12. Event Changes, Postponement, or Cancellation
Kansas Card Show may modify event schedules, layouts, operating hours, venues, dates, vendor placements, or other event details when reasonably necessary.
If Kansas Card Show cancels an event, any refund or credit will be handled according to the Kansas Card Show Refund Policy and applicable law.
Kansas Card Show is not responsible for a participant’s travel, lodging, shipping, lost wages, inventory expenses, or other incidental expenses associated with an event change or cancellation.
13. Force Majeure
Kansas Card Show is not responsible for delays, interruptions, modifications, postponements, or cancellations caused by circumstances reasonably outside its control.
Such circumstances may include:
- Severe weather
- Natural disasters
- Fire or flooding
- Venue closures or restrictions
- Government orders or restrictions
- Public safety emergencies
- Utility or internet outages
- Labor disruptions
- Other events beyond reasonable control
14. Loss, Theft, and Property
Vendors and attendees are responsible for safeguarding their own cards, collectibles, merchandise, money, equipment, vehicles, and other personal property.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kansas Card Show is not responsible for loss, theft, disappearance, or damage to personal property except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
15. Photography, Video, and Event Media
Kansas Card Show events may be photographed, filmed, livestreamed, or otherwise recorded for event coverage, advertising, social media, website content, archival purposes, and promotion of Kansas Card Show.
By attending an event, you acknowledge that incidental images or recordings of attendees may occur in public event areas, subject to applicable law.
16. Website and Account Use
Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for activity conducted through their account.
You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent information, abuse checkout functionality, or use the website for unlawful purposes.
17. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you believe a billing error or other payment issue has occurred, please contact Kansas Card Show before initiating a chargeback so we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.
Kansas Card Show may provide relevant records to payment processors, banks, or dispute-resolution platforms when responding to a payment dispute, including:
- Order and checkout records
- Invoices and receipts
- Registration information
- Policy acknowledgments
- Event records
- Relevant communications
Fraudulent or abusive payment disputes may result in cancellation of existing registrations or refusal of future transactions where permitted by law.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kansas Card Show will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from participation in an event, use of the website, vendor activities, third-party conduct, or the purchase or use of products or services.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
19. Assumption of Risk
Attendance at events and participation as a vendor involve ordinary risks associated with public events, travel, handling merchandise, setup and teardown, and interaction with other attendees or vendors.
Participants are responsible for exercising reasonable care for their own safety, property, merchandise, and activities.
20. Privacy
Information collected through purchases, registrations, accounts, forms, and website use is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

21. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law, including the laws of the State of Kansas where applicable, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
22. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.
23. Changes to These Terms
Kansas Card Show may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our events, products, services, website, policies, or legal requirements.
Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. The version applicable to a transaction is generally the version presented or in effect when the transaction or registration is completed, subject to applicable law.
