By purchasing, registering, or participating in any Kansas Card Show event, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. This agreement is legally binding and applies to all products, services, and event participation.
1. Orders & Agreement
By completing checkout, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you agree to these Terms. Your checkout confirmation serves as your electronic signature and carries the same legal weight as a handwritten signature.
2. Products & Services
Kansas Card Show sells event-related products including, but not limited to, vendor table registrations, event access, and other related items. Product-specific terms may be listed on individual product pages and take priority over general terms.
3. Payment Terms
Full Payment
- All payments are processed at checkout.
- Orders are not confirmed until payment is successfully completed.
- All sales are final subject to the refund policy below.
Deposit Option (if offered)
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Remaining balances must be paid no later than 30 days prior to the event.
- Failure to complete payment will result in forfeiture of the deposit and reservation.
- Kansas Card Show may release and resell the table without notice.
4. Refund Policy
- No refunds are issued within 30 days of the event.
- Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.
- No credits, transfers, or rollovers are offered.
- If a vendor cancels, the table must be rebooked through standard registration.
By completing checkout, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
5. Table Ownership & Transfers
All table registrations are non-transferable. Vendors may not sell, assign, or transfer their table to another party. Any violation may result in forfeiture of the table without refund and removal from future events.
6. Event Modifications
Kansas Card Show reserves the right to modify event dates, locations, layouts, and schedules at any time. Changes may occur due to operational needs, venue requirements, or unforeseen circumstances.
7. Force Majeure
Kansas Card Show is not liable for cancellations or changes due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, government actions, power outages, or venue issues.
8. Vendor Responsibilities
- All merchandise and equipment
- Pricing and transactions
- Compliance with all laws and regulations
- Collection and reporting of taxes
Kansas Card Show is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.
Setup & Breakdown
Vendors must follow all setup and teardown times provided. Vendors are responsible for leaving their area clean and vacated within required timeframes.
Prohibited Items
Counterfeit, illegal, or unauthorized items are strictly prohibited. Kansas Card Show reserves the right to require immediate removal of any item at its sole discretion.
9. Authenticity Policy
Vendors must accurately represent all items. Any altered, counterfeit, or misleading items are prohibited.
- Fake or altered graded cards
- Misrepresented condition or authenticity
- Items presented in a misleading way
Custom or fan art cards must be clearly labeled as non-official products with visible signage. Failure to comply may result in removal without refund.
10. Conduct
Kansas Card Show reserves the right to refuse service or remove any individual for disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior without refund.
11. Chargebacks & Disputes
By completing a purchase, you agree not to initiate a chargeback without first contacting Kansas Card Show to resolve the issue.
- Fraudulent disputes may result in permanent bans from future events
- You waive the right to participate in class action claims
12. Media Release
By attending an event, you grant permission for photos and videos to be used for marketing and promotional purposes.
13. Limitation of Liability
Kansas Card Show is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profits, sales, or personal property.
14. Assumption of Risk
By attending or participating, you assume all risks including injury, loss, or damage.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas.
16. Changes to Terms
Kansas Card Show may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
