Welcome to Kansas Card Show! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and participation in events. By accessing our site or registering for an event, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Event Registration & Participation

  • By registering for an event, you agree to provide accurate information.

  • All sales for vendor tables, tickets, or registrations are final unless otherwise stated.

  • Kansas Card Show reserves the right to deny entry or remove any individual who disrupts the event, violates rules, or engages in inappropriate behavior.

2. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Refund policies vary by event. Vendor table fees are non-refundable within 30 days of the show unless otherwise specified.

  • Kansas Card Show is not responsible for travel costs or other expenses due to event cancellations, postponements, or changes.

3. Giveaways & Promotions

  • All giveaways and promotions are subject to the posted rules at the time of entry.

  • Winners must claim their prizes at the Kansas Card Show event or designated partner locations (e.g., Oliver’s Sports) unless otherwise arranged.

  • Unclaimed prizes may be forfeited.

4. Vendor & Attendee Conduct

  • Vendors must comply with setup/teardown instructions, payment policies, and show guidelines.

  • Attendees are expected to respect vendors, staff, and other guests.

  • No unauthorized selling, distribution, or promotion is allowed without prior approval.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content on kansascardshow.com (logos, images, text, designs) is the property of Kansas Card Show or its partners.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without prior written permission.

6. Liability Disclaimer

  • Kansas Card Show is not responsible for any personal injury, lost/stolen property, or damages that may occur at events.

  • Participation in events is at your own risk.

  • Vendors are responsible for their own merchandise, equipment, and insurance coverage.

7. Third-Party Links & Partners

  • Our website may link to third-party sites (e.g., sponsor or vendor sites). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting, with an updated “Last Updated” date.
