Vendor Access: Doors will open for vendors at 7:00 AM. This gives you ample time to set up and prepare for the day's event.

General Public Access: The doors will open for the general public at 9:00 AM. However, please be prepared to welcome early arrivals from 8:00 AM onward.

Payment: Payment is due at the time of the show. While cash is preferred, credit cards are accepted with a processing fee.

Setup and Breakdown: Vendors can begin setting up at 7:00 AM. Please ensure all items are cleared by 5:00 PM.

Parking: Parking is available in the east lot adjacent to the gym. Please adhere to any posted parking restrictions.

Vendor Table Assignment: Table assignments will be emailed to you and posted on our social media platforms.

Refreshments: The concession stand, operated by the school club, will be open.

Social Media: Follow and promote the event on our social media platforms: Kansas Card Show Facebook Page.

No Call/No Show Policy: To maintain the integrity and smooth operation of our events, we have implemented a strict no call/no show policy. If you fail to notify us of your inability to attend, you will be required to pay upfront for all future events. A second no call/no show will result in a permanent ban from participating in our events. Please ensure you call, text, or message us as soon as possible if you cannot make it.

Respect the Facility: We kindly ask all vendors to be respectful of the facility and pick up after themselves. This helps us keep table fees down and ensures we can continue to host events in this wonderful space. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated!
