Existing vendors in good standing may pay on the day of the show.• All vendor registrations are final. No refunds will be issued within 15 days of the show date.• No-call, no-shows may be banned from future Kansas Card Show events and may be reported to other show hosts.• Vendors are solely responsible for their merchandise and personal property.• Table setup must follow show guidelines and be completed before show opening.• Kansas Card Show reserves the right to adjust table assignments as necessary.• Failure to comply with show rules may result in removal without refund.• Kansas Card Show reserves the right to deny future registrations for policy violations.• No pay-to-play games are allowed, including spinning wheels, ball games, dice games, or similar activities. Raffles or games used to draw customers must be free to play. Packs and boxes already involve chance; additional gambling is not permitted.• Vendors may not plug into hotel outlets without prior approval. Electrical access must be approved in advance and is subject to a $10 fee. Unauthorized use of hotel power outlets is not permitted.• Custom cards are not allowed. In limited cases, art cards may be approved by show management prior to the event.
